These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at vrmmmflooring.com (the "Site") and any services, communications, or products offered by VRMMM Flooring, LLC ("VRMMM Flooring," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, requesting a quote, scheduling a service, or otherwise communicating with us — including by phone, email, or SMS/text message — you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or our services.

2. About VRMMM Flooring

VRMMM Flooring, LLC is a licensed, insured, and bonded flooring installation company headquartered at 4953 Trott Cir Unit B2, North Port, FL 34287, serving Sarasota County, Charlotte County, and the surrounding North Port, Florida area. We provide residential and commercial flooring services including luxury vinyl plank and tile installation, engineered hardwood installation, laminate installation, stone wall and backsplash installation, glued-down carpet installation, stair installation, and residential carpet and pad installation.

3. Use of the Site

4. Quotes, Estimates, and Scheduling

Quotes and estimates provided through the Site, by phone, or in person are based on the information available at the time and are subject to change following an in-person inspection of the job site. Final pricing, scope of work, materials, and scheduling will be confirmed in a separate written agreement or invoice prior to the start of work. Submitting a request for a quote or scheduling a consultation through the Site does not create a binding contract for services; a binding agreement is formed only when both parties sign a proposal, estimate, or work order.

5. Payment

Payment terms, including deposits, progress payments, and final payment, will be set out in your individual project agreement or invoice. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of contracting. Late or non-payment may result in delayed work, suspension of services, or additional collection costs as permitted by Florida law.

6. Warranty

Workmanship and product warranties applicable to your project are described in your project agreement. Manufacturer warranties on flooring materials are provided by the applicable manufacturer and are separate from any workmanship warranty offered by VRMMM Flooring.

7. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number to VRMMM Flooring — whether through a form on this Site, verbally, or in writing — you may opt in to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from VRMMM Flooring related to:

Appointment confirmations, reminders, and scheduling updates;

Quote and estimate follow-ups;

Project status updates and customer service communications;

Occasional promotions, offers, or announcements from VRMMM Flooring.

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us (for example, the number of active or upcoming appointments). Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt-out: You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send the message "STOP," we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive text messages from us. If you want to resume receiving messages, you can sign up again as you did the first time, or contact us as described below.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from VRMMM Flooring.
